THE PASSION FOR PIZZA

Route 62 Hospitality has created some of Dallas' most iconic hospitality brands including Oak, Bolero Cocina Mexicana, and Pakpao Thai.  

With Commerce Street Pizza Co., we are pursuing a category for which we have had a long-standing passion - pizza.  While several of our restaurants have incorporated pizza into the menus, we finally decided it was time to create a brand solely focused on and dedicated to creating amazing, high quality pizza. 

I first went to Italy with my family at the age of seven and since then I have returned many times, each time sampling the cuisines of the different regions and, while it's a challenge to beat eating pizza in Naples, Rome, and Genoa, that's our mission.  It starts and ends with high quality, fresh ingredients and we cut no corners. 

In a city dominated by fast food pizza, we aim to consistently deliver the superior pizza at an affordable price.  When people taste our food, we want them to think of Italy, local farms, and the pride that our family run business takes in our food.  And the same goes for our fresh, made to order salads and house-made pastas.
